In the heart of Moscow, this luxurious 480 sqm penthouse blends elegance and design rigor in a perfect balance between custom-made design and classical architecture. The respect for symmetry and a palette dominated by moka, beige, and dove grey create a refined and timeless atmosphere. Every detail is meticulously crafted: from the large bookshelves to the kitchen, from the table to the decorative wood elements, everything has been custom-designed by the studio. This bespoke project, where iconic design pieces interact harmoniously with customized furniture, gives life to a sophisticated and perfectly calibrated space. Before the intervention, the apartment was still under construction, offering a blank canvas with only one constraint: the fireplace could only be positioned in the center. From here, the idea arose to make it the true focal point, around which all spaces would revolve. Additionally, the fireplace was designed as a double-sided feature, allowing a view of the entire living room from the entrance, creating a sense of depth. A unique feature is the sofa area, arranged in a "C" shape around the fireplace, where, thanks to a home automation system, the TV disappears with one click to reveal a large cinema screen. The audio system is integrated into the columns and ceilings. This project, with everything custom-designed by the studio, also incorporates iconic Italian design pieces.
