BLACK BROWN
Located in just a few steps from the city center, this townhouse was renovated by creating a functional, elegant, and timeless space. The original floor was preserved, and the space division was maintained due to the recently installed underfloor heating system. The design focuses on multifunctional walls, offering a harmonious and linear layout. Custom-designed furniture, such as the coffee table, built-in bookshelves, and console in black-brown oak, enhance the modern yet timeless aesthetic. The living area, illuminated by De Castelli’s large bronze steel vases, invites an oriental-inspired atmosphere. The dining room features a striking black glass chandelier from Artemide, paired with a Palisander table by Cassina. The kitchen is divided into two zones for cooking, dining, and conversation, the latter framed by a black-painted thermo-fireplace. Both bathrooms are redesigned with Okite finishes, creating a modern, functional space. The upper floors, including the attic, use neutral tones and minimalist storage, with the attic offering an open-space studio, guest room, kitchen area, relaxation zone, cinema area, and fitness space.
