JAPIT

A small design gem in the heart of the city, Japit Sushi Bar, with its 30 square meters, is a concentration of balance and harmony, where forms and materials merge into an essential and refined aesthetic.

The inspiration comes from a reinterpretation of Japanese style, made even purer in its geometries and colors. The focal point of the space is the counter, where guests can observe every stage of the preparation, all the way to the final plating.

The lighting, a tribute to traditional Japanese lanterns, has been reimagined with contemporary materials and lines. Each light, carefully placed, marks the rhythm of the space and ideally designates each station. In the background, a large suspended shelf elegantly evokes Japanese screens, adding depth and character to the environment.

Japit is more than just a sushi bar; it’s a sensory experience, a meeting point between aesthetics and culinary culture, where the purity of materials and the sobriety of the forms tell an authentic and timeless philosophy.
