Hospitality design project for a Japanese restaurant in Italy.
In just 30 square meters, this small restaurant is a concentrate of perfect balance between functionality and japanese style.
The design idea comes from the reinterpretation of Japanese style made even more pure in shapes and colors. As tradition, from the counter you can see all the dishes preparation, until the arrival on your plate. Lighting recall the traditional Japanese lanterns, reinvented in form and materials. Arranged with linear rigor, each light marks a seat. The large wall shelf behind the counter, bring with imagination to the large Japanese screens.
A unique and exclusive venue, where the purity of materials and colors, blends with a pure and frills-free food culture.
