BLACK AND WHITE

This complete renovation of an 85 sqm apartment was designed for a young couple, aiming to create an open, modern, and functional space. Every inch has been maximized, with volumes becoming an integral part of the design. A careful alternation of light and shadow adds dynamism and vitality to the environment. The original layout featured a traditional corridor leading to the kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. In the renovation, we eliminated the corridor, creating an entrance frame that opens directly into the living area, where the open kitchen becomes the heart of the space. The master bedroom now includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet, while a new bathroom has been added for the living area. A spacious children's bedroom and a built-in wardrobe in the hallway further optimize space. Additionally, a multifunctional area with a balcony has been created from the kitchen, now used as a boiler room and laundry room.
